You can pay in EUR (Euros) or CZK (Czech crowns). The prices in other currencies as HUF, HRK, DKK, SEK, RON, PLN, GBP are for informational purposes only.
How do I check the status of my order?
When we dispatch your order you will be informed by e-mail. If you are a registered customer, then you will find information about the status of your order in your profile.
When can I expect my ordered goods?
Products in stock are usually dispatched the day after an order creation. If there is availability (In stock usually in 2 - 3 days, 2 - 5 days, 7 - 14 days) then it will take usually 2 - 3 days, 2 - 5 days, 7 - 14 days before we receive goods from our warehouse. Who will deliver my order and how do I pay for shipping?
Your order is delivered by GLS shipping company. You can pay by online card payment (credit or debit card) or with bank wire. More information you will find here
How do I know whether the payment by Online card payment or by Bank wire is successfully realized?
Once your payment is credited to our account, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
I purchased goods but it doesn't fit. Can I return it?
Yes, under certain conditions it is possible to return the goods. By law, you have the option to withdraw from the contract within 14 days upon conclusion of the contract means of communication at a distance eg. Via the Internet. However, the goods must be undamaged, with no signs of use or wear, and in original packaging. I didn't find an item of original accessories for my car to the e-shop. How do I get it?
In this case, contact us either by telephone, email or on demand form and we will find out the availability and cost of goods.

First, send us an email to email@example.com. Subsequently, the goods sent to the address: Auto Veleslavín Car s.r.o., Veleslavínská 457 / 17b, 162 00 Prague 6 together with a copy of invoice and a complaint report.
What must contain a shipment that you send to the complaint?
