Are the accessories, spare parts and merchandising original?
Yes, all the products which you can find in our online shop are Citroën original (genuine) products. We sell only original products with a guarantee of Citroën quality.
What is the payment currency?
You can pay in EUR (Euros) or CZK (Czech crowns). The prices in other currencies as HUF, HRK, DKK, SEK, RON, PLN, GBP are for informational purposes only.
How do I check the status of my order?
When we dispatch your order you will be informed by e-mail. If you are a registered customer, then you will find information about the status of your order in your profile.
When can I expect the ordered goods?
The goods in stock are usually dispatched within 24 hours or the next working day after the order was placed and paid. Goods with availability in a few days (eg. In stock usually in 2-3 days, 7-14 days): this means that we have to order the goods from the central warehouse. As soon as we receive the goods in our local depot, your order will be ready for dispatch and then shipped to your address here.
Who will deliver my order and how do I pay for shipping?
Your order is delivered by GLS shipping company. You can pay by online card payment (credit or debit card) or with bank wire. More information you will find here.
How do I know whether the payment by Online card payment or by Bank wire is successfully realized?
Once your payment is credited to our account, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
I purchased goods but it doesn't fit. Can I return it?
Yes, under certain conditions it is possible to return the goods. By law, a private customer has the option to withdraw from the contract within 14 days when concluding a purchase contract by means of distance communication, eg. via Internet. However, the goods must be undamaged, with no signs of use or wear, and in original packaging. The goods have to be be sent to this adress: Auto Veleslavín Car s.r.o., Veleslavínská 457 / 17b, 162 00 Prague 6, Czech Republic. If you return the entire order, we will refund also the amount for the shipping costs.
I didn't find an item of original accessories for my car in the e-shop. How can I get it?
In this case, contact us either by telephone, email or on demand form and we will find out the availability and cost of goods.
Where can I complain for the goods?
First, let us know on firstname.lastname@example.org email and send us the properly filled-in complaint report (notice of reclamation). Then, we will agree on how to proceed. If we agree on returning the goods, they have to be sent to this address: Auto Veleslavín Car s.r.o., Veleslavínská 457 / 17b, 162 00 Prague 6, together with a copy of the invoice and the complaint report.
The warranty period for goods is set by law at 24 months.
The complaint will be settled no later than 30 days from the date of application.
